to maintain fair competition.

5. Third-Party Platform

The Game operates on TikTok's platform. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

EMW Gaming LLC is not responsible for:

• Platform outages
• Service interruptions
• Enforcement actions taken by TikTok
• Changes to TikTok's policies

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability
